Post Construction- Rough, Final and Powder Puff
Rough Cleaning:
- Remove all accumulated trash from the building and place it in a dumpster.
- Sweep all floors and vacuum subfloors.
- Remove all dirt and dust.
Final Cleaning:
- Clean all surfaces
- Wipe all millwork
- Polish all surfaces
Powder Puff
- Touch-up cleaning at units after punch-out work has been completed.
- Floors swept and mopped.
- Vacuuming.
- Remove tags from mini blinds.
